Our NEW 4000mm Brake Press comes in various Tonnage options, from 110T all the way up to 800T capacity. Between 110T and 220T the press brake width is 4100mm. As standard our CNC press brakes are supplied with 6+1 axes control partnering perfectly with the advanced Delem 66S or Delem 69S controller. The 66S Delem controller will allow you to import 2D dxf flat pattern drawing or draw the bend profile simply within the Delem software. Preview your work in 3D with automatic bend sequence recognition. Upgrade to the Delem 69S to allow importing of 3D CAD files, with feature and sequence recognition, as well as 3D design capability within the 69S software.

Material compatibility
Bending capacity depends on material thickness, bend length, and V-die opening. Copper and high-tensile grades bend successfully but may approach machine limits. Ask us for a spec check on your specific job.

Buying with Koenig
We are committed to delivering your products to your premises as safely as possible. Our service delivers Australia-wide and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the item/s you have chosen to purchase.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, machines are shipped by standard freight. In regards to larger Fiber lasers a member of the Koenig Machinery Service team will contact you to arrange shipping logistics.
How long you are covered
Koenig sets the warranty period by the invoiced price of the machine, not by the type of machine.
- 12 months from delivery, for machines invoiced at $40,000 AUD or less, excluding GST, delivery, training and installation.
- 3 years from delivery, for machines invoiced above $40,000 AUD on the same basis.
Prices on this site include GST and the threshold is measured without it, so your invoice decides the category. Ask us if your build sits near the line.
What is covered
Koenig repairs the machine at your site or at an authorised service facility, and covers parts and labour. Reasonable travel is covered for the first 12 months.
Service fees will be charged at an hourly service rate if there is a user fault. Depending on location and machine type, shipping back to the nearest Koenig office for service and repair might be used as it can be more efficient and cost effective.
Phone and email technical support as deemed reasonable is free and included for the life of your machine.
NOTE: The warranty does not cover consumables or wear items, and some components carry their own shorter period, including CO₂ laser tubes, fiber laser sources, laser heads and motion system belts.
Extended warranties
Where a component carries a manufacturer’s warranty longer than your machine’s period, Koenig honours it, provided it was confirmed in writing at the time of sale.
We do not sell extended warranties of our own. We see extended warranties such as on parts, excluding labour as exploitative to the end user and we prefer to be honest and fair in regards to service costs and service related parts. Extended warranties are profitable for companies but we see them as junk insurance to exploit the buyer ergo the customer.

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organise a refund or ship you a replacement.
If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Finance on larger machines is a great option for tax and cash flow benefits. Speak to a finance broker or your accountant to see what terms you can achieve and what makes sense for your machine and business plan.
We at Koenig Machinery are hesitant to offer the buy now pay later finance options for materials due to the inherent debt trap it has the potential to create for small or start up businesses.
Set up and training does depend on your machine type and location. Depending on your own skill set and ability to absorb our training material we have several options for you.
You can have one of our highly trained technicians to install your machine at your premises Australia wide. However, if you’re rural and want to look at setting up the machine yourself, we have videos and guides to assist you with the installation process.
