How to Apply
To receive your 10% lifetime discount on Laser Materials, please email sales@koenigmachinery.com.au with the following:

Full Name, Contact Number, and Delivery Address – ensure these match your purchase record.

Proof of Purchase of a Koenig Machine – submit one of the following:

A copy of your Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd receipt showing your eligible machine purchase.

A photograph or screenshot of your machine showing the product code/serial number and a valid receipt confirming purchase.

Important: Screenshots alone may not be accepted unless accompanied by proof of purchase. All submissions are subject to verification by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd.
Once your purchase is verified, Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd will register your account with special privileges. The 10% discount will then automatically apply to all eligible Laser Materials purchases.
Note: This discount is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to orders on behalf of others unless prior written approval is given. Any attempts to bypass these rules may result in suspension or revocation of the discount.
Eligibility
- This promotion is only valid for customers who have purchased new CO2 and/or Diode Lasers, Fiber Markers, or Engravers branded Koenig, X Tool, or Flux directly from Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd (together, a “Koenig Machine”).
- Koenig Machinery reserves the right to verify eligibility, including checking receipts or serial numbers. Fraudulent or unverifiable claims may be rejected.
Discount Details
- The 10% discount applies only to the Laser Materials category.
- The discount is exclusive to the original purchaser of the eligible machine and is non-transferable.
- The discount is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime or until Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd ceases operations.
Usage Restrictions
- Eligible customers cannot purchase on behalf of others or ship to multiple addresses unless explicitly approved by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd in writing.
- The discount cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated; if multiple discounts apply, only the greatest benefit will be applied.
Promotion Modification or Cancellation
- Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd reserves the right to update, vary, or cancel this promotion at any time.
- Customers will receive at least 10 business days’ notice via the website before any changes take effect.
- Changes will only apply to future purchases, not previously approved orders.
Limitations and Liability
- Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd is not responsible for any errors, technical issues, or misuse of the promotion.
- Misuse of the promotion, including attempts to bypass restrictions, may result in suspension or revocation of the discount.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
