How to Apply
To receive your Lifetime 10% Discount on Laser Materials, please email sales@koenigmachinery.com.au with the following:
- Full Name, Contact Number, and Delivery Address – these should match your purchase record where possible.
- Proof of Purchase of a Koenig Machine – submit one of the following:
- A copy of your Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd receipt or tax invoice showing your eligible machine purchase.
- A photograph or screenshot of your machine showing the product code or serial number, together with a valid receipt confirming purchase.
Screenshots alone may not be accepted unless accompanied by valid proof of purchase. All submissions are subject to verification by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd.
Once your purchase is verified, Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd will register your customer account with special privileges. The 10% discount will then automatically apply to eligible Laser Materials purchases when logged into the approved account.
Eligibility
This promotion is only valid for customers who have purchased a new eligible machine directly from Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd.
Eligible machines may include:
- Koenig-branded CO2 Lasers
- Koenig-branded Diode Lasers
- Koenig-branded Fiber Lasers or Fiber Markers
- xTool Laser Systems
- Flux Laser Systems
- Other machines specifically approved by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd
The discount is exclusive to the original purchaser of the eligible machine and is non-transferable.
Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility, including checking receipts, purchase records, product codes, or serial numbers. Fraudulent, incomplete, or unverifiable claims may be rejected.
Discount Details
Eligible customers will receive a 10% discount on eligible products within the Laser Materials category.
The discount applies only to the Laser Materials category and does not apply to:
- Machines and equipment
- Freight and shipping charges
- Installation, training, or service charges
- Spare parts
- Consumables not listed within the Laser Materials category
- Gift cards
- Clearance items, special-order products, or excluded products
- Any products specifically excluded by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd
The discount applies only to standard advertised retail pricing and may be excluded from products already discounted, clearance items, special-order products, or promotional campaigns at Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd’s discretion.
The discount is applied automatically to approved customer accounts when logged in at the time of purchase.
⚠ Important Discount Stacking Policy
The Lifetime 10% Discount cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount code, quantity-break pricing, bulk purchase discount, trade pricing, wholesale pricing, sale pricing, package deal, loyalty reward, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd.
Where multiple discounts or promotional offers are available on the same product, only the single highest discount available at the time of purchase will be applied. Discounts will not be combined under any circumstances.
For example:

| Buy 20+ items and receive 10% off per item | The customer will receive a maximum discount of 10%. Discounts will not be combined to provide a greater discount. |
The maximum discount available under this promotion is 10% off the advertised retail price unless otherwise approved in writing by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd.
Usage Restrictions
The discount is personal to the approved customer account.
- The discount cannot be transferred to another individual, business, or entity.
- The discount cannot be used to purchase products on behalf of third parties.
- Eligible customers cannot ship to multiple addresses on behalf of others unless explicitly approved by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd in writing.
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with resale programs unless approved in writing by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd.
- The discount may only be used on purchases made through the approved customer account.
Any attempts to bypass these rules may result in suspension or revocation of the discount.
Duration of Promotion
The Lifetime 10% Discount remains valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime or until Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd ceases operations, withdraws the promotion, or discontinues the promotion, whichever occurs first.
The discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, refunds, or account balances.
Promotion Modification or Cancellation
Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd reserves the right to update, vary, suspend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time.
Where practical, customers will receive at least 10 business days’ notice via the Koenig Machinery website before any material changes take effect.
Changes will only apply to future purchases and will not affect previously completed or approved orders.
Limitations and Liability
Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd is not responsible for:
- Website errors or technical issues affecting discount application.
- Customer account issues resulting from incorrect registration information.
- Delays in processing eligibility requests.
- Misuse of the promotion by approved customers.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in this promotion.
Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd’s decision regarding eligibility, verification, discount application, misuse, or interpretation of these terms shall be final.
General Conditions
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, or circumvent the promotion may result in immediate cancellation of the discount and refusal of future participation.
Failure by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
