CNC accuracy, every part
Robust frames and CNC hydraulic control keep results repeatable across whole production runs.
Precise, repeatable bends from single prototypes to full production runs. Hydraulic power, CNC control, and tooling matched to your parts.
The job
Press brakes form sheet metal with hydraulic pressure, CNC control, and precision tooling. Adjustable backgauges position every bend accurately and reduce scrap, while interchangeable punches and dies cover V, U, radius, and edge bends. The result is consistent parts, whether you make one or one thousand.
Robust frames and CNC hydraulic control keep results repeatable across whole production runs.
Interchangeable punches and dies handle simple bends through to complex multi-step profiles.
Industrial machines that run consistently under load with minimal maintenance.
Machines for this job
Most sheet work lands on a press brake. Panel work and tube each have their own machine.
