The LF60ML is semi-automatic loading tube cutting machine, with conveyor platform the operator loads tube manually in a row, then the intelligent automation system will select one tube at a time, docking the tube into the clamping chuck. The finished product is automatically dropped to the storage bin. This loading solution will save greatly on set-up and production time, heavily decreasing the manpower required for production. The LF60MS is our automatic loading tube cutting machine with intelligent material separation, feeding and seamless docking the tube into the clamping chuck. Load full bundles of tubes into the feeding device and the machine will load 1 at a time until the pack is finished. The finished product is automatically dropped to the storage bin. This loading solution will save greatly on set-up and production time, heavily decreasing the manpower required for production.

Automatic loading device, designed to accurately grab 1 tube at a time and automatically load and clamp into the front and rear chuck of the machine. Load packs up to a huge 2500kg, allowing the software to control the cutting process through multiple tubes or full packs at a time.

Warranty

Co2 Laser Machine Warranty 

All Co2 Machines come with a standard 1 year warranty as required by our local Australian Consumer Protection Law. 

Co2 Machine Warranty – 1 year – excluding consumables.
Co2 Laser Tube Warranty – 9 months.
*40watt tubes and below – 6 months
*Yongli Tubes –  1 year

Fiber Laser Machine Warranty

All Fiber Laser Machines come with a standard 1 year warranty as required by our local Australian Consumer Protection Law. 

Fiber Machine Warranty – 1 year – excluding consumables.
Fiber Power Source Warranty – 2 years

After sales warranty of Laser Machines
Call out service Co2 and fiber lasers – included for the first year given there is a machine fault.
Service fees will be charged at an hourly service rate if there is a user fault. Depending on location and machine type, shipping back to the nearest Koenig office for service and repair might be used as it can be more efficient and cost effective. 

Phone and email technical support as deemed reasonable is free and included for the life of your machine.

NOTE: The warranty does not include consumable parts, such as mirrors, lenses belts, gas fitting, nozzles and bearings.

Extended Warranties

Koenig as a policy does not offer extended warranties on machines, we see extended warranties such as on parts, excluding labour as exploitative to the end user and  we prefer to be honest and fair in regards to service costs and service related parts. Extended warranties are profitable for companies but we see them as junk insurance to exploit the buyer ergo the customer.

Returns

If your laser is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organise a refund or ship you a replacement.

If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

We at Koenig Machinery are hesitant to offer the buy now pay later finance options for materials due to the inherent debt trap it has the potential to create for small or start up businesses. 

Setup

Set up and training does depend on your machine type and location. Depending on your own skill set and ability to absorb our training material we have several options for you. 
You can have one of our highly trained technicians to install your machine at your premises Australia wide. However, if you’re rural and want to look at setting up the machine yourself, we have videos and guides to assist you with the installation process.
