Dispatch & Delivery Policy

Once you have placed and confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt of payment, and an official tax invoice can be emailed to you upon request. We do endeavour to have your items sent to you as per our delivery time frame, however, if there are any problems with your order, we will contact you with regards to the issue as soon as possible.

How long will my order take to ship?

Once your order is placed online it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from our dispatch address, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door.

Deliveries are done during normal business hours 0830-1730 generally.

Online materials and parts sales orders are generally processed within 24 – 48 hours and shipping large machinery Australia wide is usually done on Thursdays

Special Orders machines, your Koenig representative will contact you with delivery time and shipping advice.

Delivery times are as provided by our shipping agent and are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods, and due to factors outside the carriers control. Once the item has been pick up from Koenig Machinery’s warehouse we are unable to provide more tracking or shipping details than already available.

Tracking and shipping prices are calculated at the check out.

You acknowledge and agree that Koenig Machinery is not liable for any loss or damage incurred to your order during transit. Please advise us if you require additional help or an insurance. Machines over the value of $5000 are covered by Koenig Machinery marine insurance policies.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at check out, you will be provided with a tracking number via your email address. This is done automatically, if you have not received any shipping advice, please check your spam folder prior to lodging an information request to our office.

Due to the variable size of our product lines, some remote areas in Australia or its territories are unable to be shipped to. Under these conditions we will contact you to inquire about alternative shipping options.

Koenig machinery reserves the right to cancel orders placed where shipping is not financially or logistically possible.

Delivery of Large Machinery Over 550KG

With large machines or containerised machines, a Koenig representative will contact you in regards to shipping and delivery. With custom built Fiber lasers and brake presses these are shipped direct from our overseas manufacturing facility to your premises, unless arranged with our service department or a Koenig representative.

Customers are advised to ensure unloading facilities for containerised loads and facilities to store said container for up to 10 days. Loads unable to be delivered when required can and will be subject to storage and redelivery costs. These are 20 foot and 40 foot containers weighing up to 36tons in weight.

Containerised Deliveries

Shipping advice is very variable for these types of deliveries. These will be coordinated though our maintenance planning division of our service department prior to shipment.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the item/s you have chosen to purchase.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, machines are shipped by standard feight. In regards to larger Fiber lasers a member of the Koenig Machinery Service team will contact you to arrange shipping logistics.

If ordered before llam, we will have your materials ready that day for pickup.

Secure Payment

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, and more.


If your material is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organize a refund or ship you a replacement.

If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
