We design and engineer our laser machines to be fast, accurate, and reliable. To achieve performance in these three key areas, our laser machines go through multiple iterations of design, before being fitted with the latest laser technology. Once built, our machines go through several rounds of quality testing, to ensure the machine is ready to be delivered to the customer.

From selection to final project, we support you with training and servicing needs. Your new laser machine is set up and calibrated in our Melbourne factory, with on-site installation and calibration for your materials. You have access to our team of engineers throughout the life of your machine, and can always count on us to help you maximise the profitability of your laser.

Koenig HQ
Boasting a state-of-the-art facility that’s designed to provide an unparalleled experience for customers, our large warehouse is home to our laser showroom, training and testing center, and materials shop. Koenig HQ is the ideal destination for anyone looking to get the most out of their laser experience.
With over 15 machines on the factory floor ranging from C02, Fiber Lasers and Fiber Markers, customers can see our laser machines in action and receive live demonstrations from our expert technicians.
We call this our innovation playground. Our team of engineers use this facility to test new machines, push the boundaries of the technology, and provide training material to our customer base.
Stocked with over 100+ readily available materials, laser users can find the perfect material for any application or unique project. We pack and ship all orders directly from our warehouse to ensure your material is delivered safely and quickly.
The Koenig resource center offers training videos, troubleshooting manuals, guides, and software downloads created by our experienced team of engineers, which you can access online via the convenience of your desktop or mobile device.

We are committed to delivering your products to your premises as safely as possible. Our service delivers Australia-wide and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the item/s you have chosen to purchase.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, machines are shipped by standard feight. In regards to larger Fiber lasers a member of the Koenig Machinery Service team will contact you to arrange shipping logistics.
Laser Materials
Standard Click and Collect:
We can have your orders processed for next day pick up.
Express Click and Collect:
If ordered before llam, we will have your materials ready that day for pickup.
Opt for click and collect at checkout.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We accept payments with:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, and more.
If your material is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organize a refund or ship you a replacement.
If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
