The LCW Series is a 3-in-1 Fiber laser capable of welding, cutting and cleaning in one compact machine.
This machine is suitable for cutting and welding sheet metals such as carbon steel, iron wire, stainless steel and aluminium etc. and cleaning off oxidisation, rust, paint and other coatings for pre and post weld cleaning.
Weld metals 0.5-3mm thick with speeds up to 120mm/s.
Wire feed speed range 40 – 600 cm/min (15 - 230 ipm)
Wire diameter capacity 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.6 mm ( 0.035''- 0.063'')
1kW, 1.5kW and 2kW laser power options available.
Materials– Stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, spring steel, brass, aluminium, gold, silver, titanium plates, etc.
