Fully enclosed machine for additional safety and protection. The CE certified fiber laser glass door protects your eyes from the Fiber laser beam. The interlocking main door sensor will automatically stop the machine as soon as the door has been opened.
With the MOPA fiber laser you can mark in colour onto any stainless steel material. With a standard fiber laser you can control speed power and frequency, but with the MOPA laser you have control over the wavelength as well allowing you to control the annealing effect and therefore the colour created during the marking process. This control also allows you to mark brighter white and darker black onto all metal materials than a standard fiber marking machine.
The German Scanlabs galvanometer provides accurate high speed marking up to 7000mm/s.
Electronic height control button on the front of the machine allow the height to be adjusted quickly and easily, while the red dot easy focussing system allows you to easily move the bed up until the two red dots overlap and show the correct focal height – no rulers or manual adjustment required.
LED internal lighting allows you to easily view your workpiece cutting through the tinter protective lid.
The EZcad software program is compatible with windows PC. Using this software package you will be able to import Excel spreadsheets including specific marking information e.g. serials number, product codes etc. Automatically generate barcodes, QR codes, serial and date codes directly in the EZcad software.
