Your machine will be delivered either on a flatbed truck or in a container, depending on the machine size and your location. Large machine deliveries will require a Franna to remove the machine and components from the container and locate them in place within your factory. Smaller machines may be able to be delivered and offloaded with a forklift.

Please talk to us to confirm the space required for the delivery and what equipment will be required or provided on site.

Once it has arrived, the fiber laser cutter will be positioned in the desired location.

Our highly trained technicians will then install the machine and ensure it is functioning optimally.

Your team will be trained on the machine software, procedures and maintenance until they feel confident to run the machine solo. Installation and training will run for 3-5 days with 1-4 local technicians depending on the size and complexity of the installation.

Additional training time or training sessions can be organised at an affordable price, any time throughout the life of your machine.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the item/s you have chosen to purchase.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, machines are shipped by standard feight. In regards to larger Fiber lasers a member of the Koenig Machinery Service team will contact you to arrange shipping logistics.

We can have your orders processed for next day pick up.

Express Click and Collect:

If ordered before llam, we will have your materials ready that day for pickup.

Opt for click and collect at checkout.

Secure Payment

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

If your material is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organize a refund or ship you a replacement.

If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
