With a choice between 150W or 280W power the K1325M metal and non-metal laser cutting machine provides high speed, high power cutting.
The 150W allows you to cut up to 18mm acrylic and 20mm mdf/ply in one pass and up to 1.5mm mild steel and 1mm stainless steel. The 280W allows you to cut up to 30mm acrylic and 25mm mdf/ply in one pass and up to 2.5mm mild steel and 2mm stainless steel. With the 280W you'll also be able to cut standard thinner materials (e.g. 3mm acrylic) at up to twice the speed of a standard 150W machine, reducing production time by up to 50%!
With our surface tracking laser head, cutting metal is a breeze. The head will track the metal surface accurately over warps or bends, providing consistent cutting and gas pressure.
This open industrial unit allows for full size sheet cutting. Using materials in their full sheet form saves on cutting cost and time whilst also reducing operator work-load.
Ball rollers at the front and rear of the machine provide a sliding surface for loading and un-loading sheet materials. Sheets can be loaded easily by one operator (depending on weight) without scratching or damaging materials.
The precision ball screw drive provides higher accuracy cutting and engraving when compared to standard belt drive systems. The higher acceleration and deceleration that this machine offers is particularly important for metal cutting because it ensures consistency of cutting depth and smoother travel for a cleaner edge.
There is a conical table with under table extraction connection, for better quality extraction. The conical shape also helps to capture parts or offcuts and channel them into the clean-up drawer
LED internal lighting allows you to easily view your workpiece by looking through the protective lid.
Our S&A CW6000 water chiller is included with both the 150W and 280W machine. A standard compressor and extraction fan are also included. Ask us about our software integrated high-powered compressor option for optimal quality clean cutting, and our air filtration units for filtering all particles and fumes from the air (recommended for office and at home machine set-up).
We now provide both RDworks and Lightburn Software with your machine. RDworks is compatible with PC and Lightburn is compatible with both PC and MAC OS computers allowing you to have a streamlined design process. The Lightburn software package features easy, intuitive functionality. Click here to trial the Lightburn software
Our K1325M machine has been designed with a solid welded chasis frame. Please review the dimensions of the machine and consider access from the front or back of the machine if loading using the ball bearing assistance. Please note a forkilft will be required on site for offload during delivery.
