How It Works
The GWEIKE 6-in-1 machine is our newest model, combining the 3-in-1 Fiber welder technology with an enclosed CNC bed, allows you to weld cut and clean metal materials by hand, then attached the Fiber into the enclosed CNC machine for precision sheet metal cutting. With the added bonus of a CO2 laser included, you can precision cut and engrave non-metals (wood, plastic, fabric, foam, card etc), plus engraving metal (using a chemical marking agent) glass, ceramic etc making this the perfect all-rounder machine. Perfect for R&D prototyping, educational facilities and small makers.

All Co2 Machines come with a standard 1 year warranty as required by our local Australian Consumer Protection Law.
Co2 Machine Warranty – 1 year – excluding consumables.
Co2 Laser Tube Warranty – 9 months.
*40watt tubes and below – 6 months
*Yongli Tubes – 1 year
Fiber Laser Machine Warranty
All Fiber Laser Machines come with a standard 1 year warranty as required by our local Australian Consumer Protection Law.

After sales warranty of Laser Machines
Call out service Co2 and fiber lasers – included for the first year given there is a machine fault.
Service fees will be charged at an hourly service rate if there is a user fault. Depending on location and machine type, shipping back to the nearest Koenig office for service and repair might be used as it can be more efficient and cost effective.
Phone and email technical support as deemed reasonable is free and included for the life of your machine.
NOTE: The warranty does not include consumable parts, such as mirrors, lenses belts, gas fitting, nozzles and bearings.
Extended Warranties
Koenig as a policy does not offer extended warranties on machines, we see extended warranties such as on parts, excluding labour as exploitative to the end user and we prefer to be honest and fair in regards to service costs and service related parts. Extended warranties are profitable for companies but we see them as junk insurance to exploit the buyer ergo the customer.
If your laser is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organise a refund or ship you a replacement.
If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Our aim is to arm you with as much information and support to ensure you feel comfortable in using your machine to its productive capacity. Leaving you only with creative, design and business required to ensure your own success.
We have several finance options that we can offer and we are happy to work with your existing financial brokers. Give us a call today for more information and pricing options. Finance on larger machines is a great option for tax and cash flow benefits. Speak to a finance broker or your accountant to see what terms you can achieve and what makes sense for your machine and business plan.
We at Koenig Machinery are hesitant to offer the buy now pay later finance options for materials due to the inherent debt trap it has the potential to create for small or start up businesses.
Set up and training does depend on your machine type and location. Depending on your own skill set and ability to absorb our training material we have several options for you.
You can have one of our highly trained technicians to install your machine at your premises Australia wide. However, if you’re rural and want to look at setting up the machine yourself, we have videos and guides to assist you with the installation process.

In some circumstances we offer a return policy, please check out our policy on the bottom of the page “returns and refunds”. These policies differ from materials and accessories to larger machinery.
All materials come with a 1 year machine warranty which covers all machine parts plus, a 6 month warranty for the laser tube.
If you experience any problems with your machine throughout the warranty period please contact us. Any issues outside warranty will undergo a consult to identify the issue and cost for fixing.
You can apply for an extended warranty by giving us a call.
