The LF3015GA is our enclosed dual table industrial fibre laser, specifically designed for precision and high production metal cutting applications. With the enclosed design it is safe to incorporate into your factory layout or educational environment.
The dual interchangeable table system is a chain drive fast interchange design for easy load and offloading without loss of productivity. The machine utilises a YYC rack and pinion system, to ensure high speed, high-precision and lifetime durability. With laser power options from 1kW-20kW. This machine is suitable for cutting sheet metals such as carbon, stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, brass etc.

The aviation 3rd generation aluminium gantry is manufactured with aerospace standards and formed by 4300 tons press extrusion moulding. After aging treatment, its strength can reach 6061 T6.
Aviation aluminium has many advantages, such as exceptional toughness, corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation.
Within the internal structure of the bed is a honeycomb structure that is welded with a number of rectangular tubes. Stiffeners are arranged inside the tubes to increase the strength and tensile strength of the bed.
This also increases the resistance and stability of the guide rail to effectively avoid deformation of the bed for 20+ years.
The dual camera system allows you to monitor both the internal table and the loading table at the front of the machine. The visuals are displayed on a convenient viewing screen located on the exterior.
This allows you to observe multiple sections at one time, giving you peace of mind and improving productivity.
An independent electronics tower houses the electrical components and laser source, with a dustproof design for prolonging their lifespan.
It also features an automatic thermostat with air conditioning to maintain a constant temperature. This prevents damage when ambient temperatures are high.
