The FMO range of Fiber marking machines are the perfect solution to your metal marking needs. Mark onto any metal surface at high speed with minute precision and no need for expensive marking agents. Adaptable and easy to use, quiet and convenient with little to no set-up required. With an open 200×200 working area as standard and option to increase to 300×300 working area, or even mount the laser to the side of the machine you can work with any sided product. A CE laser safety enclosure is available allowing this machine to be run safely in an office or factory environment, marking onto metals and most plastics with extreme precision and speed.

Fiber marking machine can also be used for marking onto wooden surfaces, however the finish will be less consistent than a CO2 laser. Thin metal can be cut with the 50W power option, however this will require many passes. We would recommend a fiber cutting machine for cutting.

We are committed to delivering your products to your premises as safely as possible. Our service delivers Australia-wide and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the item/s you have chosen to purchase.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, machines are shipped by standard feight. In regards to larger Fiber lasers a member of the Koenig Machinery Service team will contact you to arrange shipping logistics.

Warranty

Co2 Laser Machine Warranty 

All Co2 Machines come with a standard 1 year warranty as required by our local Australian Consumer Protection Law. 

Co2 Machine Warranty – 1 year – excluding consumables.
Co2 Laser Tube Warranty – 9 months.
*40watt tubes and below – 6 months
*Yongli Tubes –  1 year

Fiber Laser Machine Warranty

All Fiber Laser Machines come with a standard 1 year warranty as required by our local Australian Consumer Protection Law. 

Fiber Machine Warranty – 1 year – excluding consumables.
Fiber Power Source Warranty – 2 years

After sales warranty of Laser Machines
Call out service Co2 and fiber lasers – included for the first year given there is a machine fault.
Service fees will be charged at an hourly service rate if there is a user fault. Depending on location and machine type, shipping back to the nearest Koenig office for service and repair might be used as it can be more efficient and cost effective. 

Phone and email technical support as deemed reasonable is free and included for the life of your machine.

NOTE: The warranty does not include consumable parts, such as mirrors, lenses belts, gas fitting, nozzles and bearings.

Extended Warranties

Koenig as a policy does not offer extended warranties on machines, we see extended warranties such as on parts, excluding labour as exploitative to the end user and  we prefer to be honest and fair in regards to service costs and service related parts. Extended warranties are profitable for companies but we see them as junk insurance to exploit the buyer ergo the customer.

Returns

If your is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organise a refund or ship you a replacement.

If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Finance

We have several finance options that we can offer and we are happy to work with your existing financial brokers. Give us a call today for more information and pricing options. Finance on larger machines is a great option for tax and cash flow benefits. Speak to a finance broker or your accountant to see what terms you can achieve and what makes sense for your machine and business plan.  

We at Koenig Machinery are hesitant to offer the buy now pay later finance options for materials due to the inherent debt trap it has the potential to create for small or start up businesses. 

Setup

Set up and training does depend on your machine type and location. Depending on your own skill set and ability to absorb our training material we have several options for you. 
You can have one of our highly trained technicians to install your machine at your premises Australia wide. However, if you’re rural and want to look at setting up the machine yourself, we have videos and guides to assist you with the installation process.

Warranty

All materials come with a 1 year machine warranty which covers all machine parts plus, a 6 month warranty for the laser tube.

If you experience any problems with your machine throughout the warranty period please contact us. Any issues outside warranty will undergo a consult to identify the issue and cost for fixing.

You can apply for an extended warranty by giving us a call.
