Win a Koenig Machinery 0609UV Printer

• The ‘Koenig WIN a UV Printer’ competition starts on 1st of December 2024 and ends on 15th of February 2025 with the winning entrant notified on the 20th of February 2025 on the Koenig Machinery Facebook page, Instagram and via email or phone call.
• Entry is open exclusively to Koenig Machinery Laser Machine Customers only!  This means; to be counted as a valid entry you must own a Koenig Branded Machine purchased from an official Koenig Machinery Dealer.
• Eligible Machines to be used in submitted videos: K0604 RAPID, K0606 RAPID, K0906 RAPID, K0604, K0906, K1309, K1313, K1325, K1325M
• The Koenig 0609UV Printer valued at $31,350.00 inc GST will be given away to a winning entrant judged to be the ‘best’ video submitted between the dates of 1/12/24 to 15/02/25.
• Conditions of Entry and Judgable criteria: The video must meet the following conditions:

1. The video must be 20-60 Seconds Long
2. You can enter up to 3 times but all videos must be different from each other and include different products.
3. Koenig Materials Featured (Or unbranded material)
4. Be different and stand out! have fun and be creative
5. Only Clean, Professional Quality videos will be considered.
6. Machine Operator Must be featured at some point in the video
7. Machine in operation is a must We want to see the Koenig Machinery Logo (Machine Branding Visible)
8. Showcase the Final Product.
9. Royalty-Free Music if music is used
10. Shared to at least 1 social media platform, with @koenigmachinery facebook or instagram account tagged.

• To be eligible, please reference your Full Name and contact details and email social@koenigmachinery.com.au with your video (or link to your video to download) and links to all social media posts where the video made for the ‘WIN a UV Printer’ Competition giveaway has been shared. 
• If your file size is large and unable to be sent via email, consider using file sharing platforms like: Google Drive, Dropbox and WeTransfer.com to send us or link us to a downloadable copy of your video.
• The competition winner will be determined by a panel of judges employed at Koenig Machinery and will based on the entry deemed to be the highest quality and best suited for Koenig Machinery’s marketing.
• The winning entrant will receive one Koenig 0609UV Printer valued at $31,350.00 inc GST. Including Shipping and remote installation (on-site installation not included).
• The winners will be notified by 20th Feb 2024. They will then be directed as to how you can claim your prize.
• Up to 3 videos per person is eligible for an entry.
• By submitting your video, you consent to Koenig Machinery contacting you for the purposes stated above as an essential condition of entry to this competition.
• By submitting an entry to the Competition, you grant Koenig Machinery PTY LTD permission for your entry to be published on Koenig Machinery’s websites including but not limited to social media platforms and email newsletters, and you grant Koenig Machinery a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use and/or republish or edit your competition entry in any/all media (including in electronic format and hard copy) for any marketing and communications purposes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes offered in the Promotion.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from an Eligible Entrant winning a prize in the Promotion.

1. The Promoter is: Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd (ACN 167018117) of registered office address: 55 Metrolink CCT, Campbellfield VIC 3061 The abovementioned company will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. To enter the competition an entrant must provide a video using a Koenig Laser machine in a way to show the capacity and depth of said machine. Video must meet basic video rules as laid out in the entry description.

4. Closing date for entry will be 4pm (AEDT) Saturday 15th February 2025. After this

date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

• For each Video presented the entrant receives 1 ticket into the draw.
  
• Up to 3 (three) entrants per customer

7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant

9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

10. Winner will be decided by an internal process inside Koenig Machinery staff, judging on the best entrant video created, based on quality of video, style and how you are using your Koenig Laser to its best advantage for your business

11. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance for said entered content to be used by Koenig Machinery Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries for future promotional activities.

16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. The winner’s name will be published on our website.

19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
