Full Size Acrylic Sheet Request

**Non negotiable conditions for purchasing Full Size Acrylic Sheets**

1) We do not offer a custom cutdown\sizes for acrylic sheets
2) Minimum order QTY of 10 Sheets – A mix of colors is allowed.
3) Full Sized Sheet orders will incur a strict 2-3 day processing lead time.
4) All mirror acrylics must be purchased in multiples of 4.
5) Shipping costs are non negotiable.

Shipping

We are committed to delivering your products to your premises as safely as possible. Our service delivers Australia-wide and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the item/s you have chosen to purchase.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, machines are shipped by standard feight. In regards to larger Fiber lasers a member of the Koenig Machinery Service team will contact you to arrange shipping logistics. 

Laser Materials

Standard Click and Collect:

We can have your orders processed for next day pick up.

Express Click and Collect:

If ordered before llam, we will have your materials ready that day for pickup.

Opt for click and collect at checkout.

Secure Payment

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Returns

If your material is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us directly. We will either organize a refund or ship you a replacement.

If it’s determined that the material was damaged on your behalf, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
