Fiber Marking Machines

Increase productivity and profitability within your business, with our user friendly, compact, and highly advanced Fiber Markers.

How It Works?

Our fiber marking machines work by delivering a high-intensity laser beam which is precisely controlled and directed on the material surface, resulting in permanent markings through localised heating, vaporisation, or colour change. The depths and appearance of the markings can be controlled, ensuring the markings are readable and can be easily scanned.

Why You Need a
Fiber Marker?

A fiber marker’s power is generated in a closed system. Light produced in the power source, transmitted along the fiber optic cable into the top of the high speed galvanometer, that directs the light onto the surface of your material. Due to this system the units are generally maintenance free reducing ongoing maintenance costs of your production and providing quality, high speed and reliable marking every time.

Benefits of the Fiber Markers

Our fiber marking machines perform high quality, error-free marking on a wide variety of materials and marking speeds not available from any other technology.

Quickly and easily produced markings of the highest-quality, on a range of different materials. Readable, scannable, and weather resistant fiber marking results are popular across industries. Patterns, shapes, serial numbers,  barcodes and QR codes are marked quickly and permanently.

Marking speeds of up to 7000mm/s ensure fast production. Excel driven serial number and QR codes are fast to produce and turn around in your manufacturing plan

This versatility of Fiber markers makes them suitable for diverse industries, from manufacturing and electronics to jewellery and medical devices. From serial numbers on gas fittings and medical devices to QR codes on plastic police stun guns Fiber markers are very versatile. The only limits are bed sizes and usable heights. Material Compatibility with Fiber Markers

Precise and permanent markings on various materials such as brass, copper, stainless steel, and even on plastic and wooden materials in seconds. Below are some of the materials you can mark and etch.

Mark in Colour

With the K30MOPA with MOPA laser source you can experience the power of color marking, and create vibrant, eye-catching marks in a wide range of colours on Stainless steel, while achieving whiter whites and blacker blacks on all metals, adding a new dimension to your products and designs. Unlock endless creative possibilities and enhance your branding with our colour MOPA Fiber maker options.

Automate Processes
Easy To Use Software

Using either EZcad or lightburn, Fiber marking machines are able to do production runs of work. Using excel sheets for serial numbers and Q codes in EZcad to speed up your production process.

What To Consider When Choosing the Right Fiber Marker?

Before investing in a fiber marker, here are some considerations to help you in picking the best laser marking technology.

Marking Requirements

Determine your specific requirements such as the type of materials to be marked, marking quality, speed, and the complexity of the markings.

Marking Area

Consider the size of the marking area provided by the fiber marker and compare it to your workpieces to ensure that the marking area is sufficient.

Marking Speed

Evaluate the marking speed of the fiber marker, especially if you have high-volume production requirements to increase productivity and throughput.

Laser Power

The laser power affects the marking capabilities of the fiber marker. Ensure the laser power and wavelength are appropriate for your application.

Software

Consider ease of use, flexibility, and compatibility of the software with your existing workflow.

Integration

If you plan to integrate the fiber marker into an existing production line, ensure that it has appropriate connectivity options to facilitate seamless integration.
